March 23, 1943 – February 24, 2026
Robert (also known as “Bob O”) was born on March 23, 1943 to Robert and Mary Ozoskey in Washington, DC and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. Upon graduating high school in 1961, Bob became a Marine for the United States Marine Corp followed by an honorable lifelong career of 40 years as a Foreman with the Anning-Johnson Company. As a resident of California for 65 years, he built a beautiful life with the love of his life and wife of an incredible 60 years, Sharon Ozoskey.
Bob will be remembered as a wonderful, kind, servant of God who was always ready to help anyone and everyone around him. He truly embodied what it meant to love your neighbor. He was a husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and a friend to many. He loved his church, to play golf, enjoyed camping, driving his dune buggies and days spent fishing on his boat or in the movie theatre. But most of all, as many already know, he loved a good card game of Uno.
Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon and grandchild, Brandon. He is survived by his three daughters and their spouses, Doreena and Joe, Christine and Raymond, Tina and Richard; his grandchildren Jake, Marlee and Tyler, Rachel, Ryan, Taylor, Cameron, Jennifer and Brett; his great-grandchildren Knox, Hudsyn and Jaxton; and his siblings Dave, Kathy and Bill.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to his church:
