Roger Earl Welch was born October 28, 1933 to Edward and Elizabeth Welch in Oregon. He lived in Orange County, California since 1961 and worked as a retail clerk in the grocery business for 32 years while making his home in Costa Mesa, California. Roger died August 11, 2012 at his home in Costa Mesa, California.
