Sarah was born on January 25, 1988, in Plymouth, England to Denise and Phil George. She was the youngest of four children and the family’s only daughter. Sarah spent her early childhood in Callington, Cornwall in England before moving with her family to Corona in 1997, and eventually settling in Lake Matthews.
She loved music, animals, movies, and spending time with the people closest to her. She especially enjoyed musical artists including Simple Plan, Avril Lavigne, Blink-182, Alanis Morissette, and Machine Gun Kelly. She had a deep love for animals and volunteered at Moonridge Animal Park at Big Bear Lake, always opening her heart and home to rescued pets, including her beloved dogs Zeke and Zander.
After leaving England, Sarah attended elementary school first in Lake Elsinore and then continued her education in Corona including junior high and graduated from Santiago High School. She later worked as a unit secretary/monitor tech at Corona Regional Medical Center, where her compassion and empathy for others was an asset to her work.
Sarah shared a close bond with her brothers, especially Ryan, who was closest to her age, and they shared countless childhood memories, lots of fajitas, laughter, late-night talks, video games, and family adventures. She also treasured many lifelong friendships.
Above all, Sarah’s greatest joy was being a mother to her son, Zaiden. Despite health struggles, she remained deeply devoted to him and fought every day to create the best life possible for her son. He was truly the center of her world.
Sarah will be remembered for her huge heart, sharp humor, resilience, kindness, authenticity, and the way she made people feel loved and understood. Though her life ended far too soon, the love she gave and the memories she created will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
She is survived by her beloved son Zaiden; her father Phil George; brothers Steven and Ryan; her uncle Arthur, nephew Kayden and extended family members; and many others whose lives she touched. She was preceded in death by her mother, Denise, her brother Jason and Zaiden's father Brandon.
