September 9, 1968 – November 16, 2019
William was born in Little Rock Arkansas to William E. Howard and Bobbie Jackson Howard. He lived in Fountain Valley, CA and attended Los Amigos High School, where he participated in basketball and track. He later attended Santa Ana College where he participated in track. He is survived by his mother (Bobbie), father (William Sr), brother (Barry), sisters (Belva and Alexandria), daughter Rochelle, two granddaughters, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Saturday December 7th 2019, from 12PM – 2PM, at Harbor Lawn – Mt Olive Memorial Park and Mortuary in Costa Mesa, CA.
Funeral services will be held at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home in Little Rock Arkansas.
