She was born in Maple Creek, Saskatchewan to John and Mabel Sinclair and grew up in Carnduff Saskatchewan. Anne joined the RCAF, where she met Raymond (Mickey) Blake. They were married on the 4th of November 1955 in Cold Lake, Alberta. After postings to Summerside, PEI; and Zweibrucken, Germany; Trenton, Ontario and finally Comox, BC, they retired in Courtenay, BC in 1985.
She will be missed by her husband of 67 years Raymond; her daughter Joann (Steve) and son Ronnie. grandchildren Stevie, and Jennifer (Alex); great grandchildren Alexandera, Carter, Peyton, Emma, Claire and Conner.
Anne was predeceased by her brother Gordon Sinclair.
Anne was a long time member of Glacier Greens Golf Club and the Courtenay Legion.
No service by request. Cremation to be followed by a family gathering at a later date.
