Annette was a caring, loving, compassionate, sensitive soul, always ready to help a friend in need. She had a great sense of humor and a zest for life, never wanting to miss out on a thing. Annette proudly joined the Canadian Armed Forces in her late teens where she spread her wings as she was stationed across Canada and grew to become a strong independent woman and mother.
Predeceased by her son Jeromy and brother Christopher and father Bernard; she will be dearly missed by her beautiful daughters; Sabrina, Jessica, Terie & Amanda, her mother & father; Donna and Glen, her siblings & partners; Janette (twin sister) & Ian; Leasa & Mark, Bernadette & Harry; nieces, nephews and extended family. Annette found great friends through work and life across Canada who became extended family and helped her during her time of illness. The family is so grateful to Laura & Scott, Melissa & Wayne, Cathy & Donny, Maggie & Gill, Ken & Sally and all the other wonderful people who spent time with and cared for her. The family would like to thank the staff at The View's Hospice at St. Joseph's in Comox where she received the utmost loving care.
Friends & family are invited to a Celebration of Life Service at the Little Red Church, 2182 Comox Ave, Comox, BC on Wednesday, October 30th at 6pm.
