We knew Dion as a teenager playing fastball with our son. He was always welcome in our home . We send condolences to Karin and the kids and to Dion’s family.

Was a fine individual who loved life!…and especially being part of the prep team at the mill. Always a smile…he  always took time to say hello to me by name. I got a chance to say hello to Dion twice when he came into the mill after his March
Hospital discharge.
He would light up when we talking about foraging for mushrooms…a passion of his. My favourite at the mill “is” his signature sandwich “THE TURKEY BACON CLUB”. 
I too, have been missing him. I do sometimes feel his presence🙏 around the mill in the early mornings having coffee with my daily Mens group get togethers at the mill.
Dion your missed dearly by all of us!🙏🙏🙏
