Fred passed away on February 14, 2019 at Courtenay, BC. Born in Halifax, Nova Scotia on October 3, 1928.
Fred was a proud Korean Vet, and a 40 plus year member of the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 17, where he was an avid crib player. He was a machinist by trade and helped build bridges and highways connecting the north. Fred will be missed by his close family and friends.
Predeceased by parents, brother, and sisters. Survived by family and friends.
