Passed away in August 10, 2013 at Comox Valley Seniors Village. Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on March 3, 1918.
A long time resident of the Comox Valley, Jean served in the Air force, then worked at CFB Comox while raising her family. Jean and her husband Ross enjoyed life; camping with friends, traveling, spending time with their family & friends and getting out in their community to socialize. Jean will be missed but not forgotten. The family would like to thank Comox Valley Seniors Village staff (2nd floor residential) for their special love and care, doctors and nurses for their outstanding care of their loved one and the wonderful staff at the Whitespot.
Predeceased by her loving husband of 60 years, Ross. Jean is survived by her son Don (Nancy), Daughter Kim Ramona (Les), Daughter-in-Law Carla (Jim) and many grandchildren and great grandchildren and friends.
The inurnment of her cremated remains will take place at the Courtenay Civic Cemetery on August 24, 2013 at 1:00pm. We welcome anyone who like to attend.
