There are so many good memories of our time together in Courtenay. Mike was a wonderful man and an excellent teacher. Thinking of you Zena with love, and praying for your family at this time.

Lots of love

We will forever be a part of your family that was blessed by knowing you. We have a picture of Kelsey being "knighted" by Grandpa Ware and our new additions have a Zena poem in their life books. I remember Nick calling once from University in his world religion class and asking me to call Grandpa ware for clarification of a thought his prof was posing. Zena you both have been a testimony to His faithfulness, to living life committed to each other and have created in us inquiring minds to ask questions and yet faith to believe sometimes we will never know this side of heaven. We are sending our best and our prayers, we love you, Jussi and Colleen

Mike was Tremendous man of faith, love and joy. Mike was a great encouragement in my life at a very pivotal time. We started a discipleship school with his input and vast wisdom. He even had written a few of the courses with his teaching gift. He had great life and enthusiasm even in his 70s. I've often said that I hope I have as much when I get to that age. Thankyou, Mike for giving me courage when i lacked it. Your words, hugs and cups of tea will always be a treasured memory.
