Joe was born and raised in Victoria, BC and he followed in his dads footsteps by joining the Canadian Scottish Regiment. After, he moved to Hornby Island where he followed his life’s work as a mechanic. There he was known to always help those in need. Joey passed at home surrounded by loved ones. He will be missed by many.
Joe is predeceased by his brothers; Jack, Roy, Bob, an infant brother, sister Evelyn, daughter’s Robyn, and Susan.
He is survived by sons; Stephen (Cathy), Michael, daughters; Donna (Mike), Alison, Tracy, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
