Very sad to say goodbye to you Ray. In the 33yrs I have lived here, you have been such a wonderful person to have around in our beautiful little community of Sandspit. We have all been fortunate to have you here, always willing to help out anyone who needed it. Even though I am definitely not a fisherman, I know you will be greatly missed at the shack at Copper Bay during the Coho Derby.  Personally, I have to thank you so much for always taking a look at my always broken gas powered weedeaters. Without you, there would have been a number of them flung off the end of the Gov't Dock in frustration, that is for sure. Ray, you have been such an integral part of this community and you will be missed very much.  love,  Joni Fraser
