A co-worker and friend gone too soon.

I  first met Roger in 1975. We became and remained excellent friends. Roger was a very intelligent man who was extremely good at what he did. I admired him greatly. He retired to Argentina but came to Canada every year and on about half of those trips he would stay with my wife and I and him and would stay up way too late and drink too much but we managed to re-organize the world into a much better and, especially, more efficient place. 

I think of Roger often. He was a rare and great guy.
