Bud passed away peacefully on March 24 2023 with family members by his side. Bud was born in Comox BC on October 26 1935. Bud was a truck driver for most of his working career, first in logging then with West Coast Freight, Johnson Terminals, Public Freightways and finished up with the Department of Highways.
Bud loved the outdoors especially hunting, fishing and camping, but he loved being surrounded by his family.
Special moments last year included Bud and Irene’s 65th wedding anniversary and a family gathering at the farm to have photos taken.
Bud is survived by his loving wife Irene, children Doug (Shawn), Colleen (Mike), and Sandra (Ken), grandchildren Lisa (Joe), Patricia (Adam), Amanda (Richard), Buddy (Clark), and Melissa (Mathew), great grandchildren Olivia, Brady, Hunter, Sydney, Benson and Isla.
