Annette was my nursery school teacher. She has always had a special place in my heart with her loving demeanor and passion for others. She was the epitome of class and her absence will be felt all throughout our small town. My heart goes out to her family and friends.

Annette has fought a great fight and what a fight it was. She never allowed the frailties of her body to inhibit her from fulfilling any accomplishment. That simply meant, she lived her life the way she wanted and to the fullest. We met at parties, at Caribana functions and many family celebrations. I know that she can now rest for a while before attending the next party / function in Heaven. My friend rest in PEACE you have earned your final respite.
On behalf of the Tanner & McPhatter families, we extend our condolences, our thoughts and prayers to Herman and the entire family.

"To everything there is a season, A time for every purpose under heaven:
A time to be born, And a time to die;
A time to plant, And a time to pluck what is planted;
A time to kill, And a time to heal;
A time to break down, And a time to build up;
A time to weep, And a time to laugh;
A time to mourn, And a time to dance;
A time to cast away stones, And a time to gather stones;
A time to embrace, And a time to refrain from embracing;
A time to gain, And a time to lose;
A time to keep, And a time to throw away;
A time to tear, And a time to sew;
A time to keep silence, And a time to speak;
A time to love, And a time to hate;
A time of war, And a time of peace.

Auntie Annette was a beautiful soul. She was selfless, kind beyond words and the most positive woman. I remember as a child Auntie would dance the night away.

Family: I pray that the peace of God that transcends our understanding will guard your heart and mind.

I'm going to miss our conversations, your endless encouragement and hearing you say " I love you darling" ❤️❤️

Our last time together, I thought we'd have many more... but I'll never forget our time together. Love you 😘

Miss you Auntie...

Willy, Atu and Atkins

I pray that God will grant you the serenity and peace that you need to get through your grief.
I extend to you my most heartfelt sorrow and condolences
May Annette's soul rest in eternal peace.

Annette was a wife, mother, grandmother and a friend. When I visited her at the hospital she was sure to point out the grand children's photos. A proud grandma.

I remember her being the life and joy of any party. She was always the first to get on the dance floor once she heard the calypso music. Fly and dance with the angels.

Rest in peace, my friend

Ann
