Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, on Tuesday August 2, 2016, in her 36th year. Samantha is the beloved wife of Dylan Thomas Wall. Loved daughter of Carrie and James Cousins. Cherished granddaughter of Shea Lewis and Wayne Anderson, step-granddaughter of Robert Olson. Lovingly remembered by her children Olivia, Jackson and Logan. Dear sister to James Thomas, Joshua Ethan and Brittany Paige Cousins (Tony). Fondly remembered by nieces Elena, Thespina and Viena, and her many Friends.
