Tracy Joan Sladeczek

Passed away peacefully with family by her side on Tuesday, May 31st 2016, at the age of 58 years. Dear Beloved wife of the late Rolphe (2009). Loving mother of Kevin, John, Angie Holliday (Michael). Cherished grandmother of Seth, Shayla, Dane, Brooklyn, Jayciara, and Sophia. Dear daughter of Glenda DeForge (late Omer); and daughter in-law of Wolfgang Sladeczek (Margaret). Sister of Dale DeForge (Kathy), Roland Sladeczek (Sherry), Gisela Edgell (James). Tracy will be remembered for her love she gave her family and pets Pandora, Newt, and Pyewacket. She will be dearly missed by Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Relatives and Friends. Tracy was a former employee of Unifor Legal Services. Visitation will be held at the COURTICE FUNERAL HOME 1587 Highway 2, Courtice, (905-432-8484) on Thursday, June 2nd from 6 to 8 pm., and on Friday from 10 am until time of Celebration of Life Service in the Chapel at 11 am.
