Albert C. Whitt, age 69, passed away on April 3, 2013 in Los Angeles, California. He was born on January 21, 1944 in the Philippines. He was a maintenance supervisor and lived in the area for 30 years. He is survived by Milagros Whitt, Andrew and Anthony Whitt.
