I was so surprised to hear the news, my prayers are for all the family for strength from above. To many memories come when ever you hear news from old time friends. All I can say is that 
"God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble." Psalms 46:1

My regards to all the family...

As a young girl sitting in the pews of the West Whittier church I can remember Stella singing her heart out with her brother and sisters. She was a true worshiper and her passion for lifting up songs to and beautiful melodies will be her legacy. Much love to all the family.

"I will always remember Stella's love and kindness.  I looked up to her, and all of the Paredes family.  They were examples of successful, accomplished young people who were great role models to follow.  Rest in peace Stella."

I have fond memories of my buddy Stella from church in Whittier in the 80's. She was very "instrumental" in teaching me piano. All that valuable information was put to good use in my later years when I had to arrange songs for the church choir. Thank you my friend, Stella! I will miss you.

I will miss your soft spoken kindness. I am blessed to have shared with you the gift of music. You were even my vocal coach after college and helped keep my voice in shape. I have the fondest memories of you and remember being so thrilled when you and James became engaged to be married. I knew you were perfect for each other. I'm so grateful for the bit of time I had with you at the reunion at Knotts! You are a friend who though time passes we could still pick right up where we left off as if no time had passed at all. My heart aches at the thought of your presence no longer being here here with us, yet I feel very blessed at that blessed hope and that we can share eternity together. You have truly been a special lady in my life and I will so miss your dear friendship. My prayers will be covering Jim and the kids, and your family at this difficult time of mourning. I love you all!

To the family, I was very sadden to hear about Mrs. Mondragon passing.  She was a very sweet and dear person.  I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting her at Holmes Ave Elementary. She was very special to me. We frequent many of staff activities together and had great conversations together.  Invaluable conversations that I will remember forever. We all loved her, but God loved her best.  I will be praying family, and pray that God gives you strength through this very difficult time.

May God give you and your family strength during this difficult time. My prayers for your family.

I can just imagine the reception Stelle received when she instantly arrived in Heaven for all eternity. I have no doubt that she is sitting at the feet of Jesus singing some of her favorite Tramaine Hawkins songs. Family and friends, remember Stella is not lost; for anything we loss, we never see again. We will  see Stelle again (Glory to God in the Highest!!) God bless and keep you all.
