She is survived by her beloved husband Rickey A. Chaplain of 18 years, parents Deborah Goodyear Griffin, Richard F. Goodyear, Jr. and stepmother Melanie Goodyear, siblings Richard F. Goodyear, III & wife Nicole, Sean M. Griffin & wife Heather, Kelsey Musgrove & husband Cody, brother-in law Michael Genella & wife Karen. Also survived by nephews & nieces Richard F. Goodyear IV, and Phoebe Goodyear, Kailyn Griffin, Miller Musgrove, Emily Self, Isabel Self, Ashley DiChiara, Daniel Chaplain III, Nick Genella and Michael Genella, Jr. Preceded in death by grandparents David & Hazel Lansou, Richard F. Goodyear, Sr. & Marian Goodyear, mother-in-law Marilyn Rothwell, brother-in-law Daniel Chaplain, Jr. and numerous aunts & uncles.

Ambra was a devoted wife, daughter, sister and endearing friend to all who knew her. Her beautiful natural smile always lit up the room. Ambra was employed by A First Name Basis.

Friends and family are invited to attend visitation at Grace Funeral Home 450 Holy Trinity Drive Covington, LA 70433 on January 31, 2026, between 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM, followed by a mass in the Chapel.
