Fay was born October 29, 1943, to the late Camille and Lorraine Dutilh Boudreaux. She is also preceded in death by her daughters: Christy Anderson and Starlett Rome, Son: Rick Rome, Granddaughter: Faith Anderson and Great Grandson Vash Keldorf.
Beloved wife of Gerald (Jerry) M. Rome for the past 45 years.
Loving mother of Robin Wilson, Rhonda Anderson (Jeff), Eric Anderson (Liesl), Michael Rome (Lily) and Tina Rome.
Grandmother of Wayne, Tiara, and Crystal Wilson, Stvn Jez, Makayla and Faith Anderson, Ariel Malmberg, Mathia Garcia, Kaiden, Mathew, Ricky and Jaslyn Rome.
She is also survived by 13 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great-Granddaughter
Sister of Cindy Logreco (John).
Aunt of Robbie and David Logreco, Debbi Bloomer, and Bonnie Bridley, and a host of other Nieces, Nephews, Relatives and Friends.
Fay was a former Real Estate Agent and worked in the Medical Field Administration for over 30 years. She was a Eucharistic Minister and parishioner at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church for over 30 years. Her faith and devotion to God was one of her strongest qualities. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her Children and Grandchildren and enjoying cooking and sharing all the great meals with them. Finally, Fay was known for being the best Master to her loving Dobies over the years in which gave her and Gerald great joy.
Relatives and Friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 11345 St. John Church Road, Folsom, LA on Saturday September 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM until Mass Time at Church.
Interment will follow at St. Joseph Abbey Cemetery in St. Benedict, LA (near Covington, LA)
