Dear Glenn and Karen,

We are deeply sorry for your loss. Josh was a special person in our lives and will be remembered highly. He cast a radiant light to everyone he met and his genuine compassion and care for others was unmatched. We will miss joking with him and hearing him lament about his struggling sports teams, almost as much as we’ll miss his ambition and jovial spirit. He will never be forgotten in our hearts.

With love and condolences,
Sam Herring and Nick Macry

I never got the chance to meet Josh face-to-face, yet he is one of the greatest friends I've ever had. We met 4 years ago frequenting the same YouTube comment sections. We quickly became good friends, often voice-chatting over PlayStation with each other, sharing memes, cracking jokes and just talking about the world. Josh, being about 6 years my senior, truly became a big brother to me. When I went through rough times, he was ALWAYS there to give good advice and encouragement. Though we were half a country apart, we always kept eachother updated on our lives and planned to meet one day. While I'll sure miss our late-night conversations and humourous anecdotes, I'll never forget you Jsud and I cant wait to talk to you again one day.

I extend my deepest condolences to Josh's family and loved ones, especially his parents. While I don't believe that any combination of words could convey the impact that your son had on my life, I hope that you can find comfort in knowing how far-reaching his good heart and kind spirit truly were.

Dear Karen and Glenn,
I am so unbelievably sorry to hear of your loss. No parent should ever have to go through this experience and I can only imagine your pain. I was so fortunate to hear the prideful stories you shared about Josh and get to chuckle along with the silly ones. I know how much you truly cherished him, and I'm sure he felt it too. Please know that I'm thinking of you and hoping that any of his plentiful warmth and light will find its way to comfort you.
Sending so much love,
Mary Kate
