Oh Paul and the Congemi family,I am so sorry to see this! Lynn was my sales rep for Zinsel and I had such a great relationship with her for many years. She was always so sweet and fun! She shared so many stories with me. I went on to work with Paul in the framing industry and now the same rep position Lynn had. My sincere thoughts and prayers go out to the family. I know her bright smile and presence will be missed. God Bless. 🙏🏼

We met Lynne over 20 years ago when we first moved to Abita. She was working as a realtor, and gave us some great insight when we purchased our home. Lynne had a special energy and fire for her work and the Town of Abita.  We feel blessed to have known Lynne as a neighbor and a friend. She is gone too soon, but will not be forgotten.

I have a few words to say about Lynne.  While many of you have known her for years, she came into my life for only a brief time.  My son Justin is married to Shanon, Lynn’s niece.  I came to really know both Lynne and her mother, Jeanne, when we were planning Shanon’s wedding and baby shower.  It was an enjoyable bonding experience for both sides of the family.  I truly believe that people come into our lives for a reason, and Lynne certainly left her mark.  She was a family-loving, strong and courageous women.  I witnessed that it took little convincing to get her onto the dance floor, and I often thought how much fun she must have been in her young years.  She enjoyed sharing pictures of her family during the early years.  Lynne was outspoken and the type of person who commanded the attention of any room.  I guess knowing so many people gave her the self-confidence and strength that she possessed.  Lynne easily became a part of our family, and I am very thankful that our paths crossed.  It was a true Love Story to watch Allen and her find, share, and enjoy each other; thank you Allen for your love and endless kindness.  You will always be considered a part of our family.  It is often said that a person’s character is not measured by wealth—it is measured by the life lived, the memories created, and by those who are touched by those memories and hold them close to their heart.  Be assured many will remember Lynne.  So, while I will miss her and her smile, she will always hold a special place in my heart.  Thank you for giving me special memories. Lynne opened her heart to me from the moment we met. I walked up to her and she took my hands in her warm hands and we became instant friends. She always made me feel loved, appreciated and supported. We shared so much in common and she always spoke so fondly of her friends. I will hold her in my heart and pray that she and I meet again someday. I was one of her newer friends but I’m eternally grateful for the events that led me to have her in my life for a brief time. She has left a significant impact on my life and I’m happy that we were able to share beautiful moments of friendship and love. I hope that I can honor her by living with as much enthusiasm, joy and  authenticity. She was a beacon of light in the world, a beautiful soul inside and out.

My sincerest thoughts, prayers and condolences go out to Lynne’s family and friends. I met Lynne at a town meeting and instantly liked her. She always had a smile on her face and would give you the warmest hug and sincerely cared about you as a person. She had great plans for our town and was so excited for the future. She was a truly beautiful soul. Her memory will live on through all of us.

Dear Aunt Lynne, how truly wonderful it was that I was blessed enough by God to be able to know you! You have been a true, shining example of strength, integrity, grace, femininity and love. You will truly be missed by all of those who knew you, and you are loved by us all. My sincerest condolences to your family and friends for this great loss.  The world will forever be a bit dimmer without you here, but heaven certainly gained an angel!
