Peggy Denise Talbert, age 63, passed away on February 14, 2024 after fighting progressive supranuclear palsy disease for many years. She was born on November 28, 1960 in Pensacola, FL to Victor I. and Carolyn S. Talbert. She brought joy to everyone she met. A fun-loving spirit, she cherished music, movies, and creating unforgettable memories with friends. Above all, her heart belonged to her two daughters, Jennifer Pecot Lacoste and Katelyn Pecot Kubacak. She leaves behind a legacy of laughter and love. She is survived by her parents Carolyn and Victor Talbert; sister Patti Blackledge; niece Taylor Thibodeaux; sons-in-law, Stevin Lacoste and Ivan Kubacak, and all her fur grand-babies. May her lively soul forever echo in our hearts.
