Ralph Adolph Gutierrez Jr.

Ralph was the loving husband of Carol Gutierrez for sixty-one years. Devoted father of Christie Roper (James) and the late Gary Gutierrez. Proud "Paw" of Joshua Fontan and Olivia Roper. Brother of the late Dolores Gutierrez. Ralph is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and his beloved companion Bentley who will forever cherish his memory.

Ralph proudly served in the United States Army- 82nd Airborne Division. After his time in the service, Ralph went on to teach X-Ray tech at Charity Hospital in New Orleans. Ralph devoted the remainder of his career to X-Ray Equipment Sales. Ralph was an avid fan of LSU Football. He was also passionate about cars- particularly Corvettes- art, gardening, cooking, and spending quality time with his loved ones.

A Visitation for Ralph will be held on Friday, October 10, 2025 at Grace Funeral Home in Covington, Louisiana beginning at 9:30AM, followed by Mass at 11:00AM. There will be a repast held at the family home for Ralph following funeral services. In lieu of flowers, the Gutierrez family asks that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in Ralph's memory.
