Cowdrey resident, Eula Grace Willford, died peacefully on Saturday, January 11, 2020, at Doak Walker House at Casey's Pond in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. She was 91. A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Eula's memory to the North Park Pioneer Museum or to the Jackson County Library in care of Grant Mortuary, 621 Yampa Avenue, Craig, Colorado 81625.
