Tyshanna Jo Kawcak (Martin) was born on August 12th, 1987, in Evanston, WY and she passed away surrounded by her loving family on August 1st, 2024. Tyshanna grew up in Evanston, WY with her family. She was a cheerleader and played softball all through high school. She graduated from Parma High School in 2006. After she graduated high school she met Travis, Brylon’s dad. She moved to Logan, UT where she started her journey as a mother. When Brylon was three years old, they made their move to Baggs, WY to be with her family. In January 2016 she met her husband, Blake. They met at the Dixon Club and went for a drive on back roads from there. The next day Blake took her rabbit hunting, and the rest was history. Tyshanna and Blake fell in love and were married June 6th, 2020. They had two sons together, Brogan Allen and Briggs Michael.
Tyshanna had a big heart; it didn’t matter who you were, she cared for everyone. She loved to care for others in times of need, especially her family. If you were going through a tough time in life, Tyshanna was going to be there for you. Tyshanna was very spontaneous and fearless; it didn’t matter day or night she was up for anything. This is what made her one of the luckiest gamblers. She could sit down with a dollar and walk away with hundreds. She had a passion for the outdoors. Some of her favorite times were when she was camping, hunting with family and friends, or going for side-by-side rides. Tyshanna had a sense of humor that was loved by everyone. She could make sarcasm in the toughest of moments, including her own tough times. Ty could find a silver lining in anything. Tyshanna was a crafty girl, along with being resourceful. If Ty didn’t know something, she was going to research it and find the answer. She had her own incredible unique sense of style. Dressing up and doing hair and makeup was her thing. She loved to go to concerts, Cheyenne Frontier Days were among one of her favorites to attend. Among all her wonderful traits she was also the world’s worst driver. Anyone that rode with her knew that they were in for a memorable ride. Tyshanna was most proud of her children. She was a loving caring mother. Her boys meant the world to her. She would do anything for her children. Tyshanna loved being a mom, even to children who weren’t hers. Community mom was one of her favorite roles in life second to being Aunt Ty. She loved all her nieces and nephews like they were her own children. Her favorite time of year was Christmas, especially when she spent it with family and friends.
Tyshanna was preceded in death by her grandparents Lew and LaVerne Martin, Danny and Becky York, and her little sister Samantha Rae Martin. Tyshanna was survived by her husband Blake Kawcak, her parents Brad Martin and Lisa Martin, her siblings Richard Martin and Ashlie Martin, her children Brylon Edwards, Brogan Kawcak, and Briggs Kawcak, Mother in-law Lorraine Kawcak, Brother in-law Blaine Kawcak, and Sister in-law Kelsey Kawcak.
