Born on November 3, 1970, in Peoria, a daughter of William and Laurie (McMorris) Warren.
She is survived by her mother, Laurie Sloan of Washington; two sisters, Brenda Vasquez-Murray of Plains, Montana, and Chandra Renee Kersey of Glendale, Arizona; one aunt, Valerie (Harold) Stamper of Washington; one sister-in-law, Shelia Ridgley of Walkersville, Maryland; two nephews, Brenden Murray and Ian Murray.
Billie was preceded in death by her father; one brother, Brian Earl Murray, and stepdad; Alan D. Sloan.
Cremation rites have been entrusted to Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Creve Coeur. There are no services scheduled.
