

Born February 18, 1930 in Qulin, Missouri to Noah “Clayton” and Nokie Mae (Wilson) Webb, she married Coy A. Talley on April 30, 1949 in Arkansas. He died October 1, 2006 in Pekin. She also was preceded in death by her parents and seven brothers.
Surviving are three daughters, Carol (Leland) Ballard of East Peoria, Rhonda (Rich) Phelps of Mapleton and Tanya (Dale) Perry of Kingsville, Missouri; one son, Tom (Cathy) Talley of South Indian Lake, Manitoba, Canada; five grandchildren, Stacy (Daniel) Waller of Eureka, Greg (Tracey) Ballard of Mahomet, Timothy Ballard, Nicolas (Rose) Perry of Oregon and Carissa (Scott) Bates of Independence, Missouri; seven great-grandchildren, Alison (Cole) Miller of Washington, Andrea (Mitchell) Fuller of Eureka, Meghan (Zac) Peecher of Bourbonnais, Samantha Ballard of San Diego, California, Sidney Ballard of Pekin, Clayton Waller of Eureka and Logan Ballard of Mahomet; three great-greatgrandchildren, Colton Ballard, Josie Miller and Tinley Fuller and one sister, Juanita Shourd of Arkansas.
A homemaker, Lola enjoyed quilting, reading and fishing. She was an Avon representative for many years and also had worked as a receptionist for Dr. Lowy in East Peoria.
She was a member of Averyville Baptist Church.
Private services will be held Tuesday, December 8, 2020 with burial in Fon du Lac Cemetery in East Peoria. Pastor David Coyle will officiate. There will be no public visitation. Arrangements have been entrusted by Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Creve Coeur.
