Born May 7, 1936 in Peoria to Raymond Newton and Emma Elizabeth (Kindred) Hyde. Raymond married Susanne Carol (White) Hyde in 1936.
Having three children together two daughters and one son. She met her peace in 2001.Also preceded in death by two of his three children; his daughter Denise Daily; his son Raymond Hyde Jr.
Surviving family, one daughter Lori ( frederich) Anne (Hyde) Joseph of Texas; and daughter Sharon of Illinois; eight grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
Raymond was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
He was a Chicago Bears football fan and he enjoyed watching games with his son Raymond.
A fond memory many have is watching him play penny poker, or canasta two of his favorite games .
