Troy E. Fannon

Troy was a one-of-a-kind character whose presence was hard to overlook and impossible to forget. He was fiercely independent and never one to shy away from speaking his mind. He had a quick wit, a strong personality, and an unmistakable way of doing things. Troy lived life on his own terms and was never afraid to march to the beat of his own drum. He was, in every sense, a larger-than-life character who left his own unique mark on the people around him.

Troy was an avid NASCAR fan and devoted Dallas Cowboys supporter. Whether watching a race or cheering on his Cowboys, he had no trouble making his opinions known and enjoying the things he loved in his own unmistakable way.

Troy worked for 360 Yield for 10 plus years.

Troy is survived by his son, Trevor Fannon; his granddaughter, Bentley Fannon; grandson, Deegan Fannon; his brothers, Thomas (Janneke) Fannon, Todd (Melissa) Fannon, and Tim (Barbie) Fannon; his nieces and nephews, Mercedes Fannon, Paige Anderson, Chad Tucker, Jessica Fannon, Tiffani Fannon, and Tyler Fannon; and best friend, Robert Garst.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bascum "Tom" Fannon; his mother, Patricia Wynn; and his niece, Kayla Fannon.

His memorial visitation will be from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Friday, September 25, 2026, at Preston-Hanley Funeral Homes & Crematory in Creve Coeur.
