The two were survived by their sons, Jonathan Cooper, Nathan Cooper, and Matthew Cooper, a host of grandchildren, and friends.
Graveside Service will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, October 31, 2022 at Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Cemetery, Institute with Military Graveside Rites conducted by St. Albans VFW Post 6418 and American Legion Post 73.
