She was born in Charleston on August 20, 1972 and was a daughter of Evelyn Holstein, whom preceded her in death. In addition to her mother, she was also preceded in death by her cherished husband, Terry D. Caldwell and beautiful baby boy, Lucas James. Amy was the fourth child born into her family after sister Sandra Irene and brothers Chester A. Fowlkes III and Jeffery Fowlkes. Following her birth, her sisters Rebecca Fowlkes, Sara Edens, brother Andrew Edens and sister Erika Edens were born. Amy is also survived by her daughter Jessica Casto and son-in-law Lee C. Casto, whom she loved 50-10. She also leaves behind 18 nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Amy’s life will be 7:00 p.m., Monday, August 29, 2016 at Casdorph & Curry Funeral Home, 110 B Street, St. Albans with Pastor Truman Davis officiating.
