He was born December 23, 1929, in Jackson County the son of Okey and Elizabeth Breeden. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 5 brothers and 2 sisters.
Arlen was a retired stone mason. He was an avid outdoorsman. A loving father, grandfather, brother and friend that will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his son, Arlen Breeden, Jr. (Georgia), of Charleston, daughter Yvonne Brady, of Glenville, son David Breeden, of AZ, 7 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 14 great great grandchildren, 2 great great great grandchildren brothers Johnny Breeden, Gary Breeden, Roger Breeden, and Tommy Breeden and a host of other relatives and friends.
Celebration of Arlen’s life will be1:00 P.M. Tuesday September 15, 2026, at Tyler Mt. Funeral Home with Pastor Chad Smarr officiating. Burial will follow in Tyler Mt. Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.
Gathering of family and friends will be from noon until time of service at the funeral home.
