He was a graduate of Nitro High School and a believer in Jesus Christ.
Brian was preceded in death by his father, Keith Oxley, grandparents, Raymond and Emogene Oxley and William Harbert.
He is survived by mother, Betty Oxley, brother, Kevin Oxley, son, Codey Oxley, uncle Dana Oxley, aunts Wyvette Oxley, Clara Caldwell, Neenie Harbert, and MaMaw Frances Harbert.
Gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday September 12, 2023 at Tyler Mt. Funeral Home from 10 AM until noon.
Private family burial will be in McKinney Cemetery, Sophia.
