It was with shock and great sadness I heard of Bruce's passing. Cookie, you and Bruce were always special to me...always kind and full of grace. Sadly we have shared similar losses, and perhaps that has created a bond of sorts. Please know that I am praying for you and your family and will continue in weeks ahead. May God grant you an abundance of strength and peace. Love....

Please know that I am very sad to hear the terrible news concerning Bruce! I knew Bruce going back to the Union Carbide days. Bruce was an inspiration to me when I become a Mason back in the early 80’s. I moved away from WV to Texas in the late 80’s, but I’m still a member of Nitro Lodge #170. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Pierce family!!! Bruce was a great man!! May God Bless You All During These Tragic Times!
