Carol Jean Toney

Carol was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Paul Toney Sr., with whom she shared a lifetime of love and memories. Though they were separated for a time, they are now together

once again.

She is survived by her son, James Toney Jr. (Patricia Toney) her daughter, Elizabeth Miller (Donald Ray Miller) and her cherished

grandchildren, Heather Miller and Jason Miller.

Carol was a devoted Christian whose faith was the foundation of her life. She was a faithful member of Harper Memorial Gospel Tabernacle, where she found comfort, fellowship, and great joy in gospel music. The songs she loved were a constant reminder of God's promises and remained close to her heart throughout her life.

Carol also found happiness in life's simple blessings. She enjoyed watching the birds gather at the feeder outside her kitchen window,

spending quiet moments admiring God's creation. She also dearly loved her cat, Susie, whose companionship brought her comfort and happiness. It is these simple joys, along with her unwavering faith, that will be remembered with love.

"Her family finds comfort in knowing that the voice that once sang along to gospel music is now joined with Heaven's.
