Carol Jean Vickers, 69, of St. Albans passed away July 9, 2016 at Hubbard Hospice House West, South Charleston. She was born July 29, 1946 in Charleston and was a daughter of Hardia and Marion Delaurier, both of whom preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth K. Vickers. Carol is survived by her son, Kenneth Vickers of St. Albans; grandsons, Travis, Andrew, Evan and Daren Vickers; five brothers and two sisters. A celebration of Carol’s life will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, July 14, 2016 at Casdorph & Curry Funeral Home, 110 B Street, St. Albans with Father Patrick McDonough as celebrant. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park, St. Albans. There will be a gathering of family and friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
