He was born July 7, 1965 in Charleston, the son of the late Charles and Delores Williams, Sr.
He is survived by his companion of 14 years, Lisa Blackshire, four legged son Pedro, sisters, Robin Brown, and Monica Spencer, and a host of other family and friends.
The family would like to express their sincere thanks to his caregiver Brenda Christian for the love and dedication she showed Bobby during her 15 years of service.
