She was born December 4, 1953 in Charleston to Kenneth and Mary (Ellis) Coiner. She was a 1972 graduate of Hurricane High School.
She is survived by her loving husband of 26 1/2 years Harry Anthony Hechesky, III, children Ted (Victoria) Shelton, Misty (John) Gibson, grandchildren Zachary, Jacy, Emme, Isaiah, Logan, Dalton, Anthony, Alexander, Dakota, and Elizabeth, siblings, Lynn (Gerry) Stover, Roger (Patty) Coiner, Bruce (Karen) Coiner, Tim, Steve, and John Coiner, Janice Hechesky, and many nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Cindy's life will be June 6, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at the home of Misty Gibson 5162 Gibson Branch, Fraziers Bottom, WV 25082.
