He was born January 21, 1951 in Kanawha County, the son of Leslie and Faye Holstein who preceded him in death.
Doug was a retired mechanic formerly employed with WV State University. Doug was a handyman always helping. A loving dad, grandfather and brother that will be missed by all.
He is survived by his daughters, Amber Kloosterman (Brian), of St. Albans, Jamie Pauley (Robert), of Sissonville, and Lora Sigman, of St. Albans, 4 grandchildren, Ashley, Whitney, Emily, and Benjamin, brother,Skeet Holstein, of Nitro, special nephew, Mark Holstein, his faithful felines and a host of other relatives and friends.
Celebration of Doug’s life will be 7:00 P.M. Sunday, October 7, 2018 at Casdorph & Curry Funeral Home with Celebrant HR Whittington presiding.
Gathering of family and friends will be from 6 until time of service.
