Eugenia Marie Gaylor Woods, 90, of Tornado, formerly of Nellis passed away Sunday, November 15, 2015 due to complications after vascular surgery. She was born June 15, 1925 in Poca and was the daughter of the late Hansford J. and Ella Mae Gaylor. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Lawrence M. Woods; sisters, Macel Holstein, Goldie Brown and Ella Louise Butler; brothers, Richard, Charles and Harold Junior Gaylor; and great-grandson, Brandon Marsh. Surviving are her daughters, Karen (Dallas) Barker of Tornado, Arbutus (Randall) Griggs of Little Birch River, Constance (Jerry) Williams of Costa; granddaughters, Angela (Rodney) Barker and Gina Lovejoy; grandson, Brian (Jennifer) Griggs; great-granddaughters, Brianna Marsh and Autumn Griggs; great-grandsons, Rodney Lee Barker II, Trey Lovejoy and Landon Griggs; and nephew who was like a brothers, Joe Gaylor. A celebration of Eugenia’s life will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Casdorph & Curry Funeral Home, 110 B Street, St. Albans with Rev. Randall Griggs officiating. Burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes. There will be a gathering of family and friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.
