He was born in Beckley, West Virginia on September 26, 1949. He was the first born of Jean and Frank Cunningham, Sr.
Chuck will always be remembered and loved by his family; brothers Andre, Michael (Ann), Dana, William Tyrone (Kim), Rockford (Tiffany) and his sister Lenora Smith (Shawn). In addition he leaves a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins, including his “Sister-Cousin” MaryEllen.
Service will be at 1:00pm Monday, July 30, 2018 at Tyler Mountain Funeral Home, 5233 Rocky Fork Road, Cross Lanes, WV 25313 with Dr. Reverend Michael Poke of Saint Paul Missionary Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.
A visitation will begin at Noon on Monday at the funeral home.
