

He was born November 8, 1946 in Canton, OH, the son of Robert and Dorothy Neidlinger. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Nancy Gillett.
Jim was a graduate of Akron University. He was a retired electrical engineer from AEP and was formerly employed with Columbia Gas. Jim was a faithful and active member of Cross Lanes Bible Church with a deep and abiding love for God and His Word. He loved woodworking, collecting trains, playing the trumpet and was an avid reader. A loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend that will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Ann, children, Jeff Neidlinger (Stephanie), of St Albans, Amy Harper (Mike), of Sissonville, Michael Neidlinger (Ruth), of Ft. Atkinson, WI, 14 grandchildren, brother, Robert Neidlinger (Peggy), of Akron, brother-in-law Grant Gillett, and a host of friends.
Celebration of Jim’s life will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, July 31, 2023 at Cross Lanes Bible Church with Pastor Dave Buckley officiating. Burial will follow in Tyler Mt. Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.
Visitation of family and friends will be from noon until time of service at the church.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions may be made to Cross Lanes Bible Church Missionary Fund, 5442 Big Tyler Road, Cross Lanes, WV 25313
