James Paul Toney Sr., passed away November 1st, 2020. Services will be held Saturday, November 14th, 2020 at Harper Memorial Gospel Tabernacle Church with Reverend Jim Russell officiating. Services will be held at 1:00pm with visitation 12:00 noon until time of service on Saturday.
