Jeff was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Helen Fuller.
He was a diesel mechanic with 43 years of service with Western Branch Diesel of South Charleston.
Leaving behind are his wife, Lori Fuller, sister, Tammy Shackelford (Steve), of St Albans, 2 nephews, John Shackelford (Giao), of Nitro, and Matt Shackelford, of St Albans, and a host of extended family and friends.
Celebration of Jeff’s life will be 7:00 P.M. Wednesday at Tyler Mt. Funeral Home with Pastor Jody Pistore officiating. Private family graveside will be held later.
Gathering of family and friends will be from 5 until time of service at the funeral home.
