Jerry L. Harper, 74, of St. Albans, passed away Monday, July 11, 2016. He was a graduate of South Charleston High School and was a US Navy Veteran He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Brenda, daughter, Wendy Puthoff (Andy), of Cincinnati, OH, grandchildren, Samantha and Benjamin Puthoff, sisters, Mary Davis, and Ann Smart, both of Cincinnati, OH. Celebration of Jerry’s life will be 7:00 P.M. Thursday, July 14, 2016 at the St. Albans American Legion Post 73, In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warrior Project
