Judith Anne Combs

Judy was born September 4, 1944, in Charleston, the youngest child of the late John Benjamin (Ben) and Virginia Yevonne (Bonnie) Combs. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Joe M. Combs, and her fiancé and love of her life, Robert Jerome (Jerry) Tresnon, Jr.

Judy was a lifelong resident of Chesapeake, WV and a 1962 graduate of Charleston High School. Upon graduation from high school she attended Marshall University, receiving her Bachelor of Arts in 1967. She was an employee of the West Virginia Department of Welfare and Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation.

Judy is survived by her nephews, Joe M. Combs, II and A. Jason Combs; niece, Jeri Kendrick, her beloved kitty, Bastet, and long-time friend, Jill Linkenauger.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, September 14, at Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, WV Mausoleum with Pastor Bron Walker officiating.
