Judith Lee Mitchell, 67, of St. Albans passed away July 10, 2017 at CAMC. She was born in Charleston in October and was a daughter of Orville and Eva Scherer Skaggs. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Hughes. Judith was a bookkeeper at Family Services and was a big supporter of St. Jude’s. She was loved cooking and was a spiritual woman. She is survived by her sons, William Mitchell of Winfield and Andrew Mitchell of Charleston; and twin sister, Jan Endicott of South Charleston. There will be a visitation of family and friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friday, July 14, 2017 at Casdorph & Curry Funeral Home, 110 B Street, St. Albans. A celebration of life will follow with H. R. Whittington as celebrant.
