Lenore Baldwin Shamblin Dick

She was born December 6, 1935, in Sissonville to the late Emsy and Julie Humphreys Baldwin.

Lenore’s spiritual life was important to her. She was a member of the Nitro church of Christ. She enjoyed flower gardening and loved her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband Ray Shamblin and son Michael Shamblin. Also, brothers Aundel, Howard and Lynden Baldwin.

She will be lovingly remembered by her second husband Kenneth Dick; daughter Marsha Shamblin Gallagher of Bridgeport, WV; step-daughters Raejean Harman of Bristol, VA; Valerie Hutchison and husband Clyde of Princeton, WV and Cindy Powell and husband David of Knoxville, TN. Sisters Pauline Patton of Nitro, WV Velma (Bonnie) Legg of Charleston, WV; Lou Ann Simmons of Hurricane, WV and June Price of Charleston, WV. Brothers Woody Baldwin of Winfield, WV and Jesse Baldwin and wife Naomi of Tyler Mountain, WV. Grandchildren Christopher Gallagher and wife Carrie of North Charleston, SC; Lora Warren and husband Lott of Jackson, MS; Aaron Gallagher, Raleigh, NC and Matthew Gallagher, Martinsburg, WV. Three Great- Grandchildren; Alexis Gallagher, Emma Gallagher and Caleb Gallagher.

Funeral services will be held Monday, June 30, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at Tyler Mountain Funeral Home, Cross Lanes, WV, with Minister Christopher Gallagher officiating. Burial will follow in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Visitation for family and friends will be at 1:00 p.m., Monday, June 30, 2014, at the funeral home. The funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00 p.m.
